Faye Tadros Fisch assistsYdès clients at the pre-litigation and litigation stages in commercial law, contract law and real estate law, and represents the interests of several foreign groups in the context of international arbitrations. She is able to practice fluently both in French and in English.

With extensive experience in the real estate department of a leading British consulting group in corporate real estate, she participates in commercial leases, professional leases and residential leases, as well as in co-ownership law and construction law, in both legal advice and litigation.

Professional experience

After having begun her career in the real estate and co-ownership department with Knight Frank in Paris - department which she managed in 2002-2003 -,
Faye Tadros Fisch joined the firm Ydès in 2004 and became a partner in 2013, after a successful phase as a sole practitioner.

Educational background

Admitted to the Paris Bar, ranked in the top ten of her promotion, she graduated top of her class with a specialised master degree (Master 2) in national and international litigation from Paris V University (Descartes) and a master degree (Master 1) in substantive public law from Paris I University (Panthéon La Sorbonne).


Faye Tadros Fisch has been lecturing in professional ethics to students at Paris II University (Panthéon Assas) since 2009.

She also participated, in 2008, in the drafting of a collective book entitled “La Clause de l’Européenne la plus favorisée” published with the editor Editions des Femmes, under the supervision of Gisèle Halimi, as well as in the organisation and management of an international seminar on this topic, in the context of the French Presidency of the European Union.
