Fabienne Régis

Having joined Ydès (formerly OJFI-Alexen, then Alister) in 1989 and admitted to the Paris Bar since 1993, Fabienne Régis has been a partner since 2000.

She advises the directors and shareholders of small and medium-sized businesses in the aspects of commercial law, contract law, corporate law, mergers-acquisitions, entry of shareholders or other investors, growth financing…

She also assists some of the firm’s clients in the operational and strategic running of their companies.

Finally, she is involved in all aspects of private assets related matters, transfers, restructuring, assignments or acquisitions of businesses, as well as in matters involving commercial leases, leasing / construction leases, both in legal advice and litigation.

Fabienne Régis is also involved in issues relating to corporate law and commercial law which may combine both private and public law.
