Edouard Rabatel

Areas of expertise

Edouard Rabatel is involved in all the areas of taxation for a French and foreign clientele, comprising individuals, companies and non-profit organisations.

As a tax advisor, resulting from his broad-based education in business law and taxation (DJCE (company lawyer master degree)) and during his initial years during which he practiced as a business lawyer, he is more particularly involved in restructuring and mergers-acquisitions. This dual expertise also enables him to regularly participate, as a counsel, for non-profit organisations such as associations, company foundations, charitable foundations and endowment funds.

Edouard Rabatel is simultaneously involved in a significant litigation activity in the tax sector, principally consisting in assisting and representing the firm’s clients in the context of tax controls and consecutive lawsuits filed before the civil and administrative Courts.
