Areas of expertise

Anne Lapeyrie offers advice for restructuring operations (mergers and acquisitions, assignment or transfer of assets…), and also advises on issues relating to corporate governance, the creation and incorporation of companies and subsidiaries abroad. 

She also contributes to the definition and setup of partnership strategies in commercial development, co-enterprise and research and development agreements. She also assists clients in their management of their company’s real estate portfolio.

Professional experience

Anne Lapeyrie was a legal department director in a company for more than 15 years in the aeronautic and engineering sectors, both in France and abroad. 
After 4 years of collaboration with Colbert law firm,  Anne Lapeyrie joined Ydès in october 2018 as avocat Of Counsel.

Educational background

Anne Lapeyrie was awarded a doctorate in private law. She also graduated with a Master 2 in company law (1995) and a Master 2 in European law (1993), from Toulouse 1 University. She was also awarded a graduate diploma from the IEJUC (the town planning and construction institute at Toulouse 1 University).


Anne Lapeyrie organizes various training sessions in company law (Lyon 3 university, AFJE (French association for company lawyers), LDLC school (business school & corporate training program). For the past 3 years, she has been organizing training sessions for professionals on the legal aspects of BIM (building information model and management).
